How 'bout a good ole fashioned purge?

Despite Rush's go get 'em cheerleading, WE are going to take a BATH in November.

Conservatives should go out and vote, and after said drubbing, organize for the primaries in 2008. There are more than a few "bums" to bring down......organize now, support organizations like the Club for Growth and we won't have to hold our noses over things such as.....

2300 earmarks....

Billions in UNWANTED military spending (unwanted by the PENTAGON). These nifty pet projects will be funded by taking money out of programs that the miltary DOES need, such as night site devices, etc. Great way to fight a war.

Bush and the geniouses at the WH funding such stalwarth loyal fellows such as Chaffee...while actually contributing to opposition candidates, and doing everything possible to ensure defeat for conservative candidates....and if said candidates still manages to win a primary, then having a tissy fit, and still not supporting them.

Refusing to prosecute such patriots as the NY Times when they break little laws, such as the Espionage Act. (and I thought we were at war....silly me).

Refusing to "lower ourselves" and hit the left every time they lie thru their teeth about everything from Iraq to tax reform.

We need to point out to the voters, that should conservatives win.......

Congress may actually get something done.

We may actually get a speaker who, after accepting responsibility, points out the opposition's handling of Congressmen's misdeeds, such as Barney Frank's 17 year old lover renting Frank's house out as a male whore house....Dick Armee was the one who came out and defended Frank.....by the way, may Foley rot in hell.

We may actually start to "lower ourselves" as a party and actually FIGHT for what we beleive in, for a change....instead of not bothering to bring judicial nominees, or controversial legislation to the floor, because we may loose....Lord help us if we made the Dems go on record with votes against items that have wide popular appeal.

We may even find the intestinal fortitude to secure our borders, and instead of mouthing the Chest Thumping Super Power Mantra, for once, act like a soverign nation with at leas the same rights as Mozambique (whose literacy rate among adults exceeds Detroit, by the way).

Hold gays and lesbians to the same standards as "straight" folks, instead of don't ask don't telling ourselves into Prison, in the name of the "big tent".

Actually making sure that congressional staffs, and burocrats in federal agencies do their jobs, instead of sabotaging directives which their little Stalinist hearts may not agree with.

Weed out the faction in the Pentagon who want convictions of our soldiers in Iraq, based upon political expediency rather than actual wrong doing....

A President who understands that when he sends our troops into battle, he has an obligation to protect them and us from not only foreign but domestic enimies as well.

A President who will push his agenda with facts and fight HARD for it.....instead of cute little cliche's such as "Hispanics are hardworking...etc"....Can anyone tell me of a nationality that is NOT hardworking?

Explain to the citizenry, that if they don't want to work at slave wages, and actually be able to aford the finer things in life, such as food and gas, we as a nation had better pull ourselves out of the 2d rate country we have become and start developing our natural resources again, demanding that everyone actually earn what money they receive. The Chinese opened new drilling in several places around the world....to include the gulf of mexico......Most areas of the world from where we get our oil, do not like us very much........Lord help us if we ever got the intestinal fortitude to drill our own.

A Congress and President who have the attitude of why we can do something instead of why we cannot.

The facts are thus, oh my bretheren.......many on the religious right sold out for "faith based initiatives, alienating our natural libertarian allies. N. Korea exploded a nuke(s) on the GOPs watch. Osama is still breathing, under the GOPs watch. Sadr is still breathing under the GOPs watch. Russia and China are developing and cementing their alliance, against US under the GOPs watch. Several Latin American Nations, to include Nicaragua have gone socialist to communist, under the GOPs watch. Former allies such as Germany and France, have repeatedly stabbed us in the back, Iraq resulting in the blood of our soldiers being spilled, to the cheers of their citizens, on the GOPs watch. Etc...Etc...Etc....

So now we get to have the Dems in power. Most of the GOP dim-bulbs in the Congress will probably bend over backwards to work with them "for the good of the country". Remember them for 2008. They will pull us further down the path to economic ruin, and may get many of us killed in the process.

And last, but not least....Ohio. Purge baby! THIS is where conservatives should concentrate their efforts. From Gov Taft, to cry me a river Sen Voinovich....the epitome of the corrupt and incompetant RINO paradise. With very very few exceptions (such as Congresswoman Schmidt)....throw them out!...recall them, nail them hard in the primaries. Re-make the party there....and with a bit more hard work...maybe we'll all become really fortunate and the afore mentioned Schmidt would be our first Woman President......one who would probably be up there with Reagan!

When Will We Finally Get It?

We in the GOP, especially we conservatives, tend to be a bit thick headed and grossly Naive. Case in point is the current diatribe over the war in Iraq and President Bush in general.

What sin did Bush commit, that the demo base cannot wait to impeach him? The war on terror? nope. Beating Gore and then Kerry? nope. That he is sometimes conservative? nope.

Bush's great sin, that made him and we, fascists, is that he went after Saddam. Saddam had one of the last communist regimes on Earth, modeled after the Stalinist system. Bush dared go after a red, and THAT is why the left is pulling out all of the stops to get him, and us.

Following this....what we in the GOP have yet to realize, is that the current base of the democratic party does not want to "surrender" or "cut and run". They want to JOIN the insurgents. They are on THEIR side. They HATE our Republic, and want it replaced with their own Saddam.

Until we realize this, we will continue ourselves to slide into mediocrity via our own appeasement, until we find ourselves quite limited in our own freedoms, and quite powerless to legitimately regain said freedoms.

What The Hell Is Going On Up There?

Sources in the Pentagon have been leaking false statements about the Haditha killings to the media. Fearing political correctness and heat from the media, they have concluded that they need a conviction of the Marines being investigated, irregardless of the facts presented.

Point: Insurgents filmed the entire attack, edited it, and shopped around until they found someone in the Western Press gullible enough to reference it.

Point: Marine investigators were on the scene within 30 minutes, and collaborated the Marine's report of what happened, with photos.

Point: DNA testing which would prove how and from whom the victims were killed, has been denied by family members of the victims.

Point: Insurgents purposely fired from civilian targets engaging the Marines in a fire-fight, as is the doctrine of the insurgents.

Point: Those killed at Haditha took fire from the Marines AND Insurgents.

Point: Rules of engagement were followed, and no civilians were targeted.

Point: The last sentence of the investigation; " "The follow-on small arms fire between insurgents and coalition forces contributed to the civilian deaths."
was left out of the released report by the Division PAO.

This is perversion. If the President wants to let Kennedy and Reid run the Senate, that is his problem. If the President only has the guts to whine and complain when the NY Times breaks the Espionage Act(s) that is also his perogative. But letting our Patriots, risk the death penalty for something that THEY DID NOT DO, because he is afraid of the press, or WILL NOT prosecute traitors in the Pentagon is beyond comprehension. Secretary Rumsfeld should immediately find out who, in the Pentagon, is trying to LYNCH our Marines, and prosecute them to the full extent of the law. Bush should be on this personally. If they will not, then they should make room for someone who will.

The insurgents, in this case as others, are guilty of war crimes for involving civilians in battle, and the WH should go after them and try them with at least the same vigor that they are trying to FRAME our Marines.

Are these the sources that Congressman Murtha has been quoting as he slandars and attmepts to have our boys executed for HIS OWN POLITICAL GAIN?

This goes way beyond politics. To send our sons and daughters to war, and fail to stand by them is cowardice and a betrayal to every uniformed person in the Military, and treason to the American People.

More Billions Lost?

Just got an email from DOD. Seems that we are closing another fascility in Germany. This one will affect 14 soldiers, a little over 40 DOD civilians and a few Local National Employess. Savings should be about 9 million per year.

Nice number, this 9 million. Why?...I thought you'd never ask.....

In the early '90s, after the Soviet Union fell and Germany reunited, the US had a huge draw-down. According to several articles in Stars and Stripes, one year, we closed and turned over to the German government over 2 BILLION dollars worth of fascilities. Living up to their end of the status of forces agreement, the German Govt, of course reimbursed us.....for 9 Million dollars.

Only lost 1 Billion and 9 Hundered and 91 Dollars on that deal!

I wonder how much we're bribing they, and the rest of Europe, for their alleged cooperation in the "War on Terror". You know...Europe, who think that they are sooooooooooo much better than the US, who, after we defended their sorry asses for 50 years (and continue to do so) stabbed us in the back from the Iraq War back all the way to Vietnam; but won't spend the money to defend themselves, as long as we do, and are never tooooooooooooo good to extort money from us.

Illegal Immigration....1 million deported.....

Interesting week. I had previously read Buckley's comments on illegal immigration, the gist of which being, that to deport all of the illegals would cause an unbearable trail of tears. I have, and always will respect WFB, but he is over 80 years old, and at that age, everybody deserves to get a bit sentimental, especially a patriot such as he.

Thennnnnnnnnnnn.....I heard on Right Talk Radio what happened in 1954. You see, the US had a major problem with illegal immigration then as now. Buuuuuuut we had a President, who among other things, had conquered Nazi Europe the decade before. Hence, intestinal fortitude. What Ike did, was deploy several thousand troops and immigration officials into states where the political fallout would be the least, and deported 1 million illegals. They were out of the country befor the Left had any chance for a tizzy fit. An additional couple of times that number made their way back home, across the border as well, after word went out that the govt was serious this time.

Pity we don't have another Ike at present. If Ike were president today, instead of worrying about the border, and our own GOP's chances in the November elections, we would be anticipating the destruction of what was left of the democratic party.

We're Finally Fighting AND Things ARE Looking Up!

First: Conservatives defeat more than a few RINOs in the recent state primaries (despite the White House giving massive support to said RINOs, to include recorded telephone messages by President Bush). Second: More than a few Republican incombants and challengers have come out swinging against the Left, and I mean SWINGING HARD!

We, as a Party, may still loose the House or Senate, but will not only gain Conservative seats, but those "kinda Conservatives" are moving more staunchly into the fold.

Why may we still lose our Majorities? RINOs aren't doing so hot. This shouldn't come as any surprise, especially in the North East, where, unless they are total space cases like Senator Feingold (Ohhhhhhhh Pahleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeze let him be the 2008 Nominee!) there really isn't much difference between these wanna-be Democrats and the Democrats themselves. So of course, the Lefties are going to vote in their own, and the Republicans will sit it out. Annnnnnnnnnnnnd....due to Brother Bush's absence from any substantial debate, (read that weak-knee'd) he is about as popular out there as Richard Nixon was.

Then why is this good news? This is good news because we are growing candidates again, at the grass roots level. This is good news because Republicans worth the name are fighting and fighting hard. This is good news because, not just one, but a new generation of Ronald Reagans are being developed and deployed. We may get hurt come this November, but the future looks brilliantly good for the Republic.

After this election, very very few Republicans will dare apologize for being Americans. The vast majority will go for conservative pricipals of defending the Republic, strengthening her by taking power AWAY from government (and putting it into the hands of the People, where it belongs), and pulling no punches in calling treason for what it is, and calling down the savages who would destroy us all, for what they are.

When We Were Men

Once upon a time, there were Nazis that were not exclusive to the Islamo-Fascists. Just before the outbreak of WWII, said American Nazis were to hold a rally in New York. The master race was coming, the final solution was at hand, and in THIS country, they would ensure the gutters of NY ran with Jewish, Catholic, et al's blood.

What did our fathers do about this? Did they moan and whine aka Voinovich and Taft? Did they appease, with pleasant little hyperboles (look Mary, I got spell check! hee..hee) aka President Bush? Nope.

Walter Winchell, the legendary radio commentator, contacted Meyer Lansky, and told him of the rally. Lansky in turn, asked for help from his friend Charley Luciano, founder of the "Commission" and the modern day Mafia.

Suffice it to say, that although nobody was killed, the area's hospitals did a brisk business that evening, and the rally never got off of the ground. In fact, it was the last attempt of our home grown Fascist Scum, to meet in public again.

Now, we have protests in support of Iran, Syria, HAMAS, and Hizbullah. The same Hizbullah, that hides amongst civilians, while shooting, so that innocent lives and casualties may be bartered for good press, in this case being bad press, against Israel and the United States. The same Hizbullah, who murdered over 200 US Marines who were guilty of the crime of being peace keepers. The same Hizbullah, and other Nazi Scum, who blow up Mosques, kids, unarmed women, and just about anyone else who cannot fight back.

Now, during WWII, we had prominent Italian Americans and German Americans, denouncing the fascist regimes of the old Countries, and making it quite clear where THEIR loyalty stood. NOW, we have CAIR, ANSWER, and assorted other mass murderer wanna-be's, who are to a large extent American Citizens, making it quite clear where THEIR loyalty stands.

Is it so difficult, to bring a few buddies, as Lansky before us, perhaps unfurl and Israeli flag, or some pics of a few Islamo-Fascists who have been sent to meet their maker, and then be forced to "defend" themselves from the inevitable physical attack?`

Where are the civil suites against these animals, and the Micheal Moores of the Left? Surely, every soldier in uniform over the past few years, can show duress caused by these animals. Surely, Americans who have been the victims of these animals can show cause for damages.

We are at one of those crucial junctions in the Republic's history. We have had an enormous amount of freedom and the highest standard of living in the history of the world. And now the scum from the gutter are attempting to take it all away.

Is the Republic not worth fighting for anymore?

examples of terrorism perpetrated by Middle Eastern male
Islamists between the ages 17 and 40, but we think you get the
point. Singling out "Middle Eastern male Islamists between the
ages 17 and 40" is not "ethnic profiling," it's "terrorist
profiling" -- acting on prolific evidence.

A President Must be a Leader

O'Reilly has an aricle today that hits the nail RIGHT on the head (http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,206843,00.html).

Essentially saying the same thing that I have been saying, for over 2 years now....Brother Bill puts it a "bit" more eloquently....

"Unless you watch cable news or read a good newspaper, and those are rare, you'll have a hard time figuring out this dangerous and complicated world. That's where an effective leader comes in. Not only do our elected officials have to make policy, they now have to clearly explain it themselves. And they must do it over and over and over, because we're a distracted bunch."

Sound familiar?....Read on for the clincher.....

"Now if a president wants the folks to support him, he must be a teacher, a persuader. He must sell his policies to a public that's often confused"

FDR understood this. TR and President Reagan understood this. Reagan had Lee Atwater to portray his policies and get the word out in a communications machine that rivaled the Clintons (Sorry, but brother Bill Clinton also understood this).

And what have we got? President Bush and Karl Rove. Is it any wonder why I am NOT the most optomistic person regarding the upcoming elections? Anybody remember "Can anyone tell me the difference between an Arab Company and a British one (Ports Deal)? or how about his stance on illegal immigration (Hispanic AND Arab AND Eastern European AND everybody else, except apparently for the Chinese, who according to the law, really do have the right to stay here (30,000 to be deported in a deal with Bejing).....or how about over 90% of Saddam's documents, captured after the war, not even translated, let alone released....or..... how about NOT commenting on FOUND WMD for fear of backlash against are staltwarth german and frrrrrrrrrrrench allies?

We are going to get creamed.....but, after the Dems make a mess of things, look out 2008!

Random Thoughts......May Fidel Rot

It seems that brother Castro is too ill to rule, so he has passed the reins to his "half wit" (at least according to Buckley) brother.

As a Christian, of course, we pray that he is "saved" and does not burn in Hell. However, it would have been nice had justice been done.

Castro, using the legitimate condemnations of Cuban conditions, ie intense poverty, turned his Isand into a prison. Those that survived his bloody purges and exterminations, as a whole had a higher standard of living, thanks to massive support from the old Soviet Union.

In exchange for said support, he pushed us to WWIII by allowing the basing of nuclear missles, aimed at us, on Cuban soil. His secret police, in the early '60s, murdered and tortured his political enemies almost with impunity, on US soil, in Florida.

He tried, without much success, to export his revolution throughout Central and South America, gaining more support here at home, than a real hold on any of the goverments there. He did well, while said governments were ruled by dictatorships, but with the blossoming of democracy, after the fall of the Soviet Union, he was treated as a legend, and ignored as far as political implementation of his goals went.

Revolutionairy, survivor (of his nemisis' Kennedy, Johnson, Reagan, Trafficante, Giancanna), murderer, dictator. More brutality and blood on his hands than the US Mafia ever had. So of course the Democrats consider him a hero, as they would love to emulate him, especially in the People's Republic of Mass.

If the old Red "kicks off", the eulogies ought to be interesting. I can here the fawning from Kennedy (who probably helped Castro, help "clip" his brother), Kerry, and Clinton Hillary (the new Three Stooges) now. Rhino Republicans knocking themselves out to out-do the Democrats in their "sorrow". Senator Voinovich will probably need an extra case of Kleenix, with all of the wailing and moaning H'ELL be doing. The way the WH is going, I wouldn't be surprised if Karl Rove called for a day of mourning.

As far as I am concerned, however, his departure to a better life, say 30 years ago, would have meant thousands would still be alive today.

Stagnation

We are, a society in decline. If you would like to read an excellent series of novels, that give the basic tenants used to identify the symptoms of declining civilizations, I would suggest the Foundation Series by Asimov. Written in the genre of Science Fiction, the corollaries are never the less valid.

Stagnation, of course is the main symptom of a society in trouble. The root cause of which tends to be disunity, which leads to stopping anyone else's progress as an act of vengeance for the perceived lack of one's or one's groups' own progress.

The immediate effects, in our own Republic can be seen in literally thousands of examples. Some of the more obvious are...

Control. A declining society will make a great show of "doing" , when in actuality, it is all show. Lofty goals, that were to be achieved by control, ie legislation or court rulings, eventually are forgotten, and it is the control itself that becomes the means and the ends. This of course leads to the lofty "goals" not only never being achieved, but conditions that this control was meant to better, become progressively worse.

Gun control, is one example. The lofty goal, of course, was to reduce violent crime. In the beginning, a few laws were placed on the books, to try and keep these weapons out of the hands of criminals. Then, more legislation and judicial rulings, were aimed at keeping guns out of the hands of not only criminals, but potential criminals. The third phase, the first two having failed miserably, was to keep guns out of the hands of everybody. It was during this phase, that the goal of reducing violent crime was lost, and are current fourth phase, sees meaningless legislation passed to give the appearance of doing something, legislation from the bench in the form of successful civil suits against weapons manufacturers, which leads to an ignoring of the original problem of violent crime, and in its place extortion of said weapons manufacturers to fatten the coffers of various political groups. To whit, we have gone from a few laws, that to some extent reduced the potential of violent crime (ie. no convicted violent felons get to have a concealed weapons permit) to over 21,000 gun control laws on the books, that do absolutely nothing to stem violent crime.

Insert the words civil rights or tobacco into the above paragraph, heroin, or a host of other problematic labels, and you see the same scenario, with the same lack of result. Stagnation, much work to avoid the problem at all cost, and problems worsening.

Dr. Mike Adams, www.dradams.org, a criminologist, scholar, writer, and University Professor, by trade; Wrote that in his own discipline, Criminology has not managed to come up with a new theory or technique in over 30 years. Stagnation.

Despite other nations doing the opposite (China is an excellent example) the US has not built a major power producing facility in over 35 years. Stagnation.

Heroin for use as a pain killer, for terminally ill patients, has been repeatedly rejected by the Congress for decades now. There is no moral ground for this, as the addictiveness of the drug, is far outweighed by the elimination of pain for people who would not live long enough, in any case, to pay for the consequences of addiction. The problem is, that our enforcement structures have degraded, to the point, that the heroin could not be controlled to the point, that it would only go to those for whom it was intended, and no politician wants to be branded as soft on drugs. Stagnation.

And of course medical care itself. The federal govt, is becoming woefully short of options, for access to specific drugs in the event of epidemic. The reason is legislation passed that greatly curtails profits on said drugs. Hence, many companies that we now rely on, are located in Britain, Europe, or the third world. It costs literally billions of dollars to develop vaccines and wonder drugs. It takes years before these billions are recouped and a profit is shown. What this legislation has done, is not punish the "evil rich", but has made it impossible to develop these drugs. You cannot spend the money for research and development, if you do not have it.

Lastly, let us revisit oil again. Of all the gazillions of dollars that the "evil oil companies" have made in profit, appx. 1.5 billion is domestic. The rest is foreign, and I would venture to say, that said profits greatly fall short of those made, for example, by the Chinese or Germans (in their North Sea Platforms). Add to this that said domestic oil firms are public companies, which means that over 60% of Americans have their CD's, Mutual Funds, and Retirement Plans tied to Oil Company Profits. This means that when said firms do well, these investments do well. Conversersely, when these firms do poorly, many Americans loose money. But, NO POLITICIANS, least of all from the GOP, who should be screaming from the heights, say anything in defense of these profits, and how they BENIFIT working Americans; But instead try and weakly either blunt the assult by the Left, or join in watered down versions of "control" or propose useless legislation. Again, stagnation is the result, due to disunity, due to the propaganda of rich vs. the perceived poor.

But, these examples point to one of the real degrading factors that have infected the Republic. That is, that one who produces, works for something practical, or succeeds, is now inherently evil and must be controlled and milked, for the benefit of those who will not work for the practical.

Doom and Gloom

In the latest Novak report, it is stated that the mood in the House is that the GOP will loose around 30 seats. This is referenced by a GOP House Comittee Chairman.

Also, the White House has dropped the ball on providing nominations to the Federal Judiciary. They blamed Frist, saying that he had told the WH that it was too late to get any of them thru. Sen Frist denies this, blaming it on mis-communication.

Right......The single most galvanizing issue, that led to the 2004 victories has been left to rot, as the Senate will not be getting any nominations from the WH, thus forcing the Dems either to obstruct, energizing conservatives, or not obstruct, angering their base. Miers is blamed for weak nominees and failure to produce nominees, as many slots on the Federal Bench are still empty with no nominees provided to the Senate.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh this looks bad. The reasons the GOP is going way down hill.....

Failure of the WH to fight for....

ANWAR, and other domestic oil drilling. The President instead mentioned alternative energy sources in his State of the Union Speach this year......in other words, no stomach to fight the left.

Immigration. While pushing the Senate Bill, the President failed to address concerns about the consequences...ie over 60 million foreigners given citizenship in the next 2 decades, why Minute Men and others movements reported to the Mexican Govt. after first denying it, why no enforcement of existing law for the first 5 years of the Bush Admin. His record much much worse than President Clintons.

Appeasement. Why, in Michigan, they are on a roll deporting Mexicans, but have not deported ONE illegal arab immigrant (ref debbie schlussel, http://www.debbieschlussel.com). Sharon Hughes, as spokes-person for the President, apologizing to CAIR for American Prejudice. Karl Rove speaking recently before "The Race". Airport security searching everyone BUT Muslims. Letting Israel do the dirty work, eliminating Hezbollah (the murderers of countles US civilians and the Marine Peace-Keepers in the '80s), and HAMAS (also responsible for countless US civilian murders), while thumping his chest about Iran and doing nothing concrete to stop them from entering Iraq and hit our Patriots there.

Failure of a GOP Congress to curtail spending, to pass pension reform, to pass tax reform, to pass social security reform, to pass reforms on the UN, to see thru reforms at the CIA, Impuning Goss when he was fired thus enraging the House GOP Leadership, leaking that Speaker Hassart was under investigation in the Abramov scandal when this was a blantant lie, failure to enforce the law (Espionage Acts NY Tiumes and the countless national security leaks by the administrations own agencies, Rubinkov (may not deal with Countries involved in boycot of Israel), Federal Statues against nations that employ prison labor (China, etc).

The WH, through inaction, and the lack of will to fight political battles, and by failing to provide their side in controversial legislation (ie ports deal) has managed to alienate Christian conservatives, Fiscal conservatives, Law and Order conservatives, National Security conservatives, most of the House of Representatives, many in the Senate, and Black conservatives (due to this "nice negroes" pathetic speach befor the NAACP, where he did not even thing to include mention of Steele-Candidate for the Senate in Maryland).

If the President did not want to fight for his positions, he should not have run. If he still will not fight, factually with hard bare knuckles debate, and enforce the law, he should resign for whatever reason will look good.

As far as our current batch of candidates go.....most are too weak in their campaign battles. Case in point is Murtha's opponent, Diana Irey (http://www.irey.com/). She goes after Murtha on her "Out of Touch" page on her website. This should be on page one. The page lists Murtha's weaknesses. Top of the list is that he voted for House pay raises a gazillion times. Who cares? Hits him for not supporting the troops because he wants to pull out of Iraq....Say what?...Look, here is a guy who has his pic taken with Code Pink, Accuses US soldiers of Rape and Murder based upon the word of Al Queda, never mind investigating the charges to see if they are true, tellls the world's press that the US is the number one threat to peace in the world.....and all Irey can say is that he is "unsupportive" due to his call for withdrawl?

Why no mention of ABSCAM? (Murtha escaped prosecution in a plea bargian in which he testified against fellow Politicos in the House).

Sister Ivey, if this is how the Campaign is to be run you will loose big time.

Positives are that she nails him for raiding the social security fund, and claims that she is tough on border enforcement...all well and good, but why not highlight the dems lack of toughness, in particular her opponent?

As stated before, conservatives will probably gain seats, but as a whole, the GOP is going to get creamed (at least as of the moment) because, like President Bush, THEY-WILL-NOT-FIGHT.

Some thoughts.......

Brother Kofi has accused the IDF of intentionally bombing a UN observation post killing 4. An investigation is quite welcome, in that if the UN "observers" acted as "nuetrally" as Annan and his stooges at the UN, then the "observers" were a legitimate target and the "fault" would have been NOT hitting them.

Annan should order his "observers" out. After all, with the IDF there, they won't be able to follow their brother UN folks in Serbia, and start Child Protestution Rings to make a quick buck.

California's power grid is strained by the weather. Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh there is justice in the world after all! California has not built a new power plant, nor oil fascility for over 35 years now. Their population, however, has grown by 10 million. They want power? Then they should develope the resources that they have, and quit stealing it from Texas. Not only are they wimps, but hypocritic wimps at that.

Hizbullah....wipe them from the face of the earth. Again, they want to be the party of death? Then give them some, and let them then enjoy their after-life with Helen Thomas Virgins.......

Tehran......Why Jericho missles are not sending the Mullahs to their reward, I have now idea, but it would be nice if Olmert would actually do something with his military might, that may actually do some good. Perhaps instead of calling the Orthodox Jews worse than Hamas, he should think of the Mullahs as naked Barbara "call me KAPO" Streissands coming to get him.

Pure evil

Nothing has hit us since WWII that has been so inherently evil as the Islamo-Fascists. They are, however, a good indication of how degraded our own society has become.

For instance, can you imagine a Roosevelt (TR or FDR) sending reps to bigots such as CAIR or "The Race" to apologize for American's short commings? C'mon, these guys support folks who saw off heads, treat and beat their women as subhuman, and aspire to the efficiency of Himmler in eliminating their religious and political enemies (everybody else in the world).

Some, we have no comparrison to...such as Sen Voinovich weeping....WEEPING! at the prospect of John Bolton being the official US Rep to the UN. This from a Senator from Ohio....you know, the same Ohio that Woody Hayes came from, the same Ohio whose University used to beat the devil out of everybody else in Football and just about any other sport. The people of Ohio, still seem to be pretty tough, but between Voinovich and Taft (Govenor) the GOP wimp factor has surpassed ANYTHING the dems could bring out.

Taft deserves his current 6 (yes not 60 but 6) percent approval rating. The guy is plagued with scandals so his solution is to order "sensitivity training" for his burocrats, and I am NOT making this up!

Most of the country has long been ripe for a conservative elected take over....we should start in Ohio, where most people are tough, fair minded, and well...conservative. Considering what they have to represent them, they are more than ready to take back power. And at the other end of the sword...if we cannot succeed in Ohio, where can we?

The US Should Show Leadership

Malkin had an interesting tid bit....seems the German rag Der Spiegel (mirror) is complaining that the US is not showing leadership in the current war between Israel and the savages...

My response to the Lefties over there.....Why? So you bastards can stab the United States in the back again? So more US soldiers can be killed due to your obstructions at the UN? So you can score more brownie points with your Fuhrer's decendents in Iran, Syria, and Chechnya?

My take is that the US should:
-give what support that is needed to wipe these savages from the face of the Earth.
-strengthen the Lebanese Army so that the savages out of Iran can never come back, and give Israel a secure northern border.
-The structure in place, to replace both the Syrian and Iranian Dictatorships with republican forms of government, and those fascists that are left alive to stand trial for war crimes....to include the murder of our Marine Peace-Keepers in Lebanon.
-Ensure that the savages get the soonest chance to recieve their 72 Virgins, who shall all be Helen Thomas.

It's all over....thanx george

I wasn't going to post, until I got the flash site up. But this is so stupid, that it is a must.

My philosophy for this comming election was, to hit the RHINOs at the primairies, but vote GOP, especially for the Senate, no matter who won. The reason, of course is that the Supreme Court nominations trumped just about everything else.

Only an act of idiocy capable of exceeding the Left would change my mind.

It did.

Seems that the border patrol has been tipping off the Mexican Govt about not only their where-abouts, but also those of every other group patroling the border. Then, of course the Mexican govt tips off the illegals, those involved in the drug trade being tipped off for a price.

Mr. Bush is in charge of border security. To placate Pres. Fox and the Lord knows who else, he has opened us up like a sieve, and intentionally put our own people into danger.

We had a good shot at holding the line in Nov. The Senate still had time to get its act together to avoid an election day debacle. The House, was not so much a problem, as conservatives were making pretty good strides. Forget it now. We'll probably not loose the House, but the Senate we can probably kiss goodbye, along with our shot at putting constructionalist judges on the court.

Thank you President Bush. If I am wrong, and we also loose the House, I hope you enjoy your impeachment. Look in the mirror, because you have nobody to blame but yourself.

Afghanistan, This is Not What We Fought For.

Three facts: Man faces death penalty for converting to Christianity,
16 years ago in Pakistan.

Man faced death penalty for supporting a change to the Afghan
Constituion, giving women equal worth, as opposed to the 50% they now
enjoy.

The Heroin trade accounts for one third of the Afghan economy.

This is what I mean by "tepid" when criticising the current adminstration, as a conservative, in the war on terror. Afghanastan was ours. There was no question that the Taliban were to be driven out of power. The replacement government was one, that would ensure that the people had some say in how the government was chosen and run.

However, without basic rights protected by a Constitution, this cannot happen. It would be proper, altho, not palitable, to pass laws that are restrictive (Women only worth 50%). But, in order for a democracy to function, the People must always have regress to change these laws. The Death penalty imposed because someone calls for a law to change is not democracy, but dictatorship.

Freedom of religion is a tennant of any civilized nation. Again, the fact that this man will face death unless he "reconverts" is abhorent enough. That death is also the penalty for calling for the change
of this law, is not democracy.

With all of the resources we have put into the "war on drugs", to have allowed the Poppy Fields to flourish, is unforgiveable. Again, after the combat missions were successfull, it would have taken very little to take out said fields, and impose upon any new government the requirement to ensure that these fields stayed taken out.

The Iraq war is now 3 years old. The War on Terror almost 5 years old. In this same span of time, the United States, acting largely alone, had conqured Nazi German, the Empire of Japan, and liberated all of Western Europe, and non-British Asian in the process.

Despite the magnificient performance of our troops, this war has been conducted with a half baked determination, and relatively no resources. Again, compared to the Second World War, we would have had to commit over 1 trillion dollars, and close to 20 million soldiers to meet the standard we set for ourselves, in those days. We haven't even come close to 10% of that effort. And the War on Terror, as the War on Drugs that proceeded it, will either be lost, or never be resoved one way or the other, and only because a lack of will by our elites.

We will eventually commit the resources and resolve necesarry to win this war, but I fear, only after another catastrophic attack upon our soil. There are many nuclear weapons missing from the old Soviet inventories, as assessed by General Levit in the late '90s. How to make such weapons, has been well known by most Nations, for many years now. And although this administration has made astonishing progress in disrupting and destroying the paths by which Nations sought to acquire the materials needed for Nuclear Weapons Production, on the battle and propaganda fronts, it has been a miserable failure in strategic planning and implementation.

It is a shame, that we shall continue to live, with so many threats to the Republic, when these threats could have been eliminated, had we been only half the men our fore-fathers were.

This post is a quickie.....basically our GOP House is considering legislation that will end the internet as we know it. The way it will be enforced, as we all know, is that if you are a Conservative blogger or Web Master, you are out of business Bubba. Those that decide to "grow" and start Kow-towing to the likes of George Sorros, Moveon.org, etc have a shot at becomming quite wealthy, however.

I am posting this reference in its entirety. I am however, adding one point of contact that is quite important, and may be the only viable one to fight this.

Last week, several news publications -- citing anonymous sources -- reported that new legislation to regulate the Internet (so-called “net-neutrality”) will be considered as part of a telecom reform bill currently being debated in Congress.
Over the past few months, proponents of so-called “net-neutrality” regulation have been using scare tactics with the general public and our elected officials – demanding legislation for a problem that doesn’t even exist! Even the Wall Street Journal calls these proponents’ tactics “silly” and dismisses the notion that it is the “end of the Internet as we know it.”
Some major corporate interests like Google and Yahoo! would like for you to believe they are David facing Goliath -- claiming that broadband providers like Comcast, Cox and AT&T will keep you from accessing their products.
Nothing could be further from the truth!
Never, in the history of the Internet, has a broadband provider blocked a customer from accessing their Yahoo! Mail or Google search engine. Yet, these companies want Congress to enact legislation that will protect them from this non-existent problem.
Ironically, these calls for the government to become the Internet’s traffic cop are being led by companies like Google, which only a short time ago made headlines when it chose to cooperate with the Communist leadership of China.
Remember when Google caved to the Chinese government and agreed to block access to all information and websites that speak about freedom and democracy? When they agreed to censor all information that discusses Tiananmen Square and independence for Taiwan – or anything else that can be interpreted to go against the interests of China’s Communist leadership?
Can you believe it’s supposed conservative lawmakers who are now cow-towing to these interests and offering to legislate and regulate the Internet in response to these ridiculous demands?
We have witnessed the success of the Internet and all that it does: brings families closer, grows economies, creates a new generation of entrepreneurs and increases access to information for people all over the world. All this with little, if any interference from the government.
The Internet must remain free from government regulation and taxation!

RSC Renews Contract With America

Ignoring the White House (A REALLY smart move these days) the Republican Study Committee, announced a renewed Contract With America, which espouses the same principles of the original for today's challenges.

The budget proposal is the most exciting. Without touching Social Security, without touching the military, and with the added benefit of making Medicare into block grants, this budget trims 400 billion in spending….NOW. Earmarks, such as the bridge to nowhere would be rescinded.

Cuellar, in Texas has won the Dem primary against Rodriguez. This is important for conservatives, because Cuellar has supported the war on terror, the war in Iraq, and President Bush more often than he supports the left wing lunatics in his own party. He was targeted for defeat by the Left, and the Party Leadership. Last time around he barely squeaked thru. This time around, he trounced the competition. And because virtually the entire Democratic Party apparatus opposed him, he owes nothing to anybody. He can and most certainly will, make life miserable for the Lefties in Congress next term.

We're Still Paying a Special Tax For The War....The Spanish AmericanWar, That Is.....

I just ran across this at the Washington Policy Center. The author is Roy A. Berg. The gist of the story is, that in 1898, the Congress enacted a telephone tax (then a luxury item) to pay for the Spanish American War. A temperary tax. Well, we're still paying the thing. Not only are we still paying the original tax, but it has expanded with technology to include cell phones, internet lines, etc.

The tax takes in about 4.8 billion dollars annually. One would think that the Spanish American War (which we won, by the way) would have been paid for several times over by now. One would also think, that a GOP Congress and a GOP President would have no problem repealing such a thing, once it was brought to their attention.

Wrong on both counts. It is going thru, as usual, the court system. Once it reaches the Supreme Court, its validity may be recinded. That something as stupid as this must go thru the courts, and not just be repealed by the Congress....A REPUBLICAN Congress really says it all about the last few years.

And we wonder why we are going to loose our socks come November.

UAE Ports...Mr. President, Stop Whining

The UAE Ports deal is endemic of what is wrong with this White House. When the President of the United States, stands up before an audience, and asks something as STUPID as "Can anybody tell me what the difference is between a British Company and an Arab Company" then he and his staff have real problems.

Something like this would have taken a massive media effort to sell to a public already sick of this country kow-towing to every Muslim action or sensitivity. The fascists have sawed off the heads of their hostages, rioted and demanded death for cartoonists, and the Al Queda number 2 demanding either conversion to Islam or tribute paid. American Muslim Communtity Organizations, unlike German and Italian ethnic groups during WWII, have not only sided with the enemy but have done all in their power to derail victory and cause turmoil at home. All, with the apparent blessing of the White House.

And what do we get from the President? Silence, or a lecture in press responsibility, while ignoring the on-going slaughter in places such as Sudan, the ethnic clensing and destruction of over 100 Christian Churches (under the eyes of our glorious NATO "allies") in the Balkans, Alliances being made with Chavez in South and Central America, Fidel rallying the hemisphere against us, several left wing wanna be dictators taking over in several South American Countries, and following down the path that Chavez has laid out for them, not only ignoring our border security (to include 2 incursions by Mexican Armed Forces), but calling those who would secure it racists and vigilantes.

In the 1930's, there was an orgainization called the German-American Bund. Publicly, it was a place for folks of German heritage to share culture, play some baseball, etc. It had been closely watched by the FBI. After the outbreak of the war, the FBI moved in, and arrested everybody. Books on baseball were found to be Nazi propaganda (convers were of baseball, content something a bit different), training manuals for sabatuers, and espionage info.

Conversely, we now, during this war have CAIR. And how does our "glorious" White House utilize them? They have "socials" between CAIR and the FBI field offices (See Debbie Schlussel.com). The have Presidential spokesman Hughes "reach out" to CAIR and other such organizations doing Micheal Moore proud in her criticisms of the US.

During the '30s, President Roosevelt and HIS White House tiressly put out pamphlets, movies, broadcasts, constantly informing the public of what how and why each of the New Deal programs were implemented and their benifits. During the War, Sedition acts were tightened, and you could look nowhere without seeing posters, or pamphlets, or newspaper and magazine ads, movies, commericals, on the status of the war, why we fought, what the consequences of anything short of victory would be. As the Death Camps were liberated film was sent back to the US for IMMEDIATE distribution to theaters. All so that the public was constantly reminded of the stakes involved in that war. In THIS war, with THIS White House, we have to invoke the freedom of Information Act to see such materials. With THIS White House, our so called Allies release convicted terrorist murderers and the the White House either lies about it, or ignores it. With THIS White House, 6 years into the Presidency, and we are lucky if we hear more than one or two speeches pushing for pending legislation, or even what the legislative agenda is.

It is MORE than fitting that the GOP Congress has FINALLY knocked the President down a peg or two. If we wanted THIS type of leadership, we would have drafted Carter to run again.

Wake up Mr. President. We are still the most powerfull nation on Earth. But we have a nuclear N Korea, Iran, and Lord knows who else about to hit us. We have Saddam's WMD in Syria. Our allies allign with our enemies on too many fronts. We have hostile governments in most of our own hemisphere that have come to power under YOUR watch. I would strongly suggests, Mr. President, that you look at some video of yourself during your first two years in office. And then, act accordingly. If it takes port deals to bribe countries like the UAE into not trying to destroy us directly (giving huge sums to our enemies such as HAMAS and for the genocide in Africa must be ok tho..) then I would suggest taking them out....

YOU and others said that Sept 11th was worse than Perl Harbor. However, you have treated THIS war as if it were a gang fight between old ladies knitting circles. In the same time period as we have been in Iraq, Roosevelt had conquered Italy, North Africa, liberated France, and our troops were on the way to Berlin. On the Asian Front, we were pushing Imperial Japanese troops back to the home islands. And YOU Mr. President, could not even sum up the intestinal fortitude to take out a loser such as Sadr in Iraq.

The American People will tolerate nothing short of victory. The GOP in Congress, after a wake up call from the voters, has shown that it too will settle for no less. Stop trying to placate Saudi Princes, and Arab Emirs. Give us victory Mr. President!

A committee in the Knesset has been formed to investigate the various charges stemming from the Amona expulsion. PM Olmert, however, has promised to annul the committee after Israeli national elections.

Where is Bnai Brith? Mssrs Leer and Asner are strangely silent. To be silent at this outrage is to approve of it. If this is not stopped, if the security forces are not taken back OUT of the political realm, and if clear guidelines are not set forth in the use of force, when deadly is justified and when not; Israel as a viable democracy has ceased to exist. Israel as a Jewish nation will soon follow in that fate; And our generation can live with the shame of yet another holocost that was so easily preventable.

Cry for Zion, Pray for Zion, Fight for Israel

In a couple of days, I'll do a more in depth article about this on the main site. For now, let's talk about Amona. Hatred against the Jews has once again spilled over into enraged violence. This time however, not from Hamas or the other Fascists who call them selves Muslims. For far too long now, the latest being this incident, the hatred comes from Israeli security forces and the secular government.

In a mostly peacefull demonstration, some folks basically conducted a sit-in to protest the destruction of their homes, and the expolsion of themselves from said homes. The security forces did not remove them....they attacked them, beat them, in some cases into bloody pulps, and carried them away. A member of the Knesset was beaten bloody...several school girls were beaten to the point of hospitalization, a jewish mother was roughed up and the blouse torn off of her back for the hineous crime of touching the badge of one of the security personel.

In all of these cases, the forces on the ground showed contempt, indifference, or outright hatred for those that they were beating. At least one Government Minister, in a meeting with Orthodox School Girls, mocked the girls for going to an all girl school, mocked the girl's claims of abuse (beatings requiring hospitalization and sexual harassment.....said actions being recorded live via news and private media), and basically put the blame, not only of this incident, but of all of Israel's problems, on the girls' shoulders inferring that it was because they were Orthodox Jews with the termidity to actually practice their religion in their own country.

Recently, the Israeli Government compared these devoutly religous Jews to Hamas. These people have killed no-one. These people have taken no-one hostage. Many of those who have already been evicted from their homes have yet to receive compensation, have had much of their personal property stolen, and many of their children are now a good year behind the rest of the Country in education, as no schools were available to take them. These people have sawed the living heads off of no-one. And yet, the leader of the Socialists meets with Hamas, but refuses to meet with Likud; The goverment incites such hatred against these religious Jews, as to have incidents like this accepted, because apparently, in the Israeli Left Wing view, a Religious Jew is lower than the scum of Hamas and Al Qaida.

We as loyal Americans and Patriots should take a moment of peace from the rantings of our own Left wing, for a bit of contemplation and prayer. For in Israel, the State that was created as a homeland for the Jews; The Nation that was to be a refuge for Jews everywhere from the murderes and oppressors; The Nation that was formed so that the Holocost could never happen again; This Nation has been corrupted to the point, by its own Left Wing Elites, that Religious Jews can once again be oppressed with impunity, and hated with intensity, while those who would destroy them all, would be invited to "build a nation side by side", and the Children of Israel delivered bound and beaten, to the Children of Himmler.

American Jew, Christian, and Conservative. Thank God that it has not yet come to this point in our own Country. Pray ferverently for our brothers and sisters in Israel, that they may over-come the hatred of their own Countrymen and prevail over the animals who would destroy them. And then, go out.... and do battle with the Heartless Fascists and their Left Wing Allies, who have brought so much misery upon the World, who threaten Israel's very existence, and that of our own Republic.

US Should Not Have A Military......

San Francisco (this should be no surprise) Supervisor Gerardo Sandoval said on Hannity and Colmes, the other day, that the US should not have a Military. He stated (paraphrase) that war against Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan were OK, but now the US should not have a military. The Iraqi war, was given a reason (we should not have a military which goes around invading...etc), as was "What has a military done for us in the last 5 years?"...."We have spent billions of dollars that could have been used for...etc".....

It is fitting that California should have been the first site of Disneyland. Now, Disneyland and all of her pretty fantasies have apparently encompassed the entire state. There are several nation states that would like nothing better than to take the United States out, permanently. Then we have the Fascist Islamic Groups who are in open war with us. The of course the war in Iraq, and probably war with the Islamic Republic of Iran.

And what do we get from the Left? The US should not have a military. Never mind that said military is under the complete control of the CIVILIAN ELECTED GOVERNMENT.....Generals make no decisions when and where to go to war. This is done by our ELECTED Government.

Apparently, since the Left cannot win elections, they are eagar to make our Republic defenseless so as to surrender, at the first opportunity, to any country or group that hits us.

Why do our candidates not capitalize on this?....and do so again and again?....

Unbelieveable.

Gutless Wonders

The main-stream press has been obsessed with the Cheney accident. However, they have ignored much more important stories whose developments do not bode well for the Republic.

To whit. The Caractitures of Mohammad, which have sparked so much rioting and mayhem. The EU is now considering legislation that would make such cartoons a crime. This would leave the United States as one of only a very few nations with freedom of the press.

And what has our illustrious main stream press done with such freedom? Gotten on there non-earned high horses and expressed outrage at Cheney's tardiness in reporting his incident, but said main streamers do not have the intestinal fortitude to show solidarity with, in this case (and ohhhhhhhhhhhh does it grate to admit it!) heroic European counterparts in printing any of the cartoons.

The main-stream press is made up of mostly of spoiled, arrogant snobs who are the epitome of gutless wonders. Their cowardice makes their mere existance a waste of flesh, and a stench which weakens the Republic. If Hitler were to be reincarnated today, they would find reasons to not only appease, but join him (as long as they did not have to fight). Warriors, REAL Women and Men need to call these wimps to account, replace them, and start putting the guts back into our nation.

If we can not stand up to a few "rag-heads" whose bravery is only that of murdering infants and unarmed civilians, then we deserve the fall that we shall surely take.

I have not up until now even considered putting any of the offensive comix up, out of respect for religion. After all, I condemn anti Christian and anti Jewish art all of the time (without, however, calling for it to be banned, or inciting violence against those scum who create them). The EU legislation, however, motivated me to seek out the comix.....and I found one, that to me, was not only NOT disrespectful to the religion, but quite funny, as well.....while making a good point......the point being, that you so-called "Islamic" scum are blasphemous to the Prophet and Islam, to the point, that the only Virgins Mohammad would give you are the variety that go baaaaaaaaaaaaa...except that he won't be able to stand the site of you in order to give you what you have earned, due to your cowardice and desecration. You've taken what should have been a religion of wonder, peace, and intellectual excellence...and turned it into a murdering slime that Satan himself could not have equalled. You should be proud, because you have forsaken your Prophet to serve your own gods, which are the acts born of your own cowardice to face yourselves....the weak girly men that you have become. German court orders convicted Sept. 11 accomplice released

Germany's high court today, ordered the release of Mounir el Motassadeq a Morocan, who was a member of the Al Queda cell that also boasted 3 of the Sept 11 highjackers.

What the ... is going on? First the Germans release the murderer of an American serviceman, apparently in a deal to get one of their own released in Iraq. Now they release this guy.

Our State Dept. sent 4 explanations to the family of said soldier, all contradictory. Now we get this.

It is now more than fair to ask, what the White House reaction is, if any, and was the White House informed of this and the other release? Was a deal made with the Germans? Did we, in our ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh soooooooooooo self righteous need to "reach out" OK this with the Germans?

Questions need to be asked, and asked now. President Bush is still "President" Bush, only due to the right wing of the GOP. Without us, Kerry would have won...period. RCS, and others.....where are you on this one? Ask the tough questions and then take action....now!

We are at war with these animals, and ANYONE who sides with them in such a manner should be appropriately dealt with, be it our so-called allies, or within our own government.

- Equal rights and true diversity in a Republican Congress
- Depend upon the United States for our own security
- Keep taxes low on middle and lower income earners, no income tax for the poor
- Ignore Kyoto for the lie it is and continue to create American Jobs.

Mrs Clinton or PRESIDENT Bush. Surrender or Victory. The choice is not even close.

With the proper graphics, campaigns such as these would ensure victory. A few changes towards conservative policy (border, plo, spending, flat tax, etc), would esure a landslide.

We have to take nothing from these left wing scum. It is long past time that we did not.

According to the article, reliable Iranian sources have informed the author that Osama died of kidney failure some 3 weeks ago, in Iran, and is buried there. One of the sources quoted by the informants is Osama's number two, Ayman al-Zawahiri.

This should be a bit difficult, but by no means impossible to verify. Where is the main-stream press? Stupid question, I know, but a more relevant one would be where is the balanced, and conservative press?

If, in fact, Osama was given sacturary in Iran, this by itself represents a major shift in alliances, as the Iranian govt, and the Tallibhan absolutely hated eachother. This is also another solid reason, again if substantiated, why we need to hit Iran, and hit her hard. Take out the government infrastucture, and give the people there an opportunity to rule themselves. Iran is not Iraq. The Persians loath thier overlords, and most would either not care if they fell, or be quite jubilant at the prospect. After already having lived under an Islamic "Republic" I doubt whether they would allow themselves to be oppressed again.

Let's face it. CNN is not the most nuetral news organization in the world...The epitath of Commie News Network, has been well earned. But, for the sake of argument, we'll assume that the story is accurate.

My position is, for what it's worth, anyway, that idiot comments like this make us all look bad. Look, if G-d was going to clip somebody one would think Usama would be up there on the list. How G-d works, what he does, is his realm. We have the Bible and Spirit to guide us to do His will. Since we live in a republic, WE are Ceasar, and are morally obligated to vote, based upon the principals of His word.

We as conservatives, despite having over 70% of the American electorate agreeing with us, on the issues, overall, can name about 9 senators who could be called conservative, less than 20% of the House, who could be called conservative, and a President, who is sometimes conservative at best....President Bush's support stems from his promise to appoint strict constructionalist Federal Judges.

To put it bluntly, we are miserable at getting our people elected and getting our agenda passed.

Comments like the one Roberson made, and has made, are symptomatic of this. Robertson is about 90% correct, from a conservative viewpoint, when he speaks. It is the 10% that kills us.

Instead of analyzing the Wrath of G-d, I would suggest, we hit issues hard, which is something we have yet to do, and actually start winning some elections, and getting legislation passed, for once.

I seriously do not want to bother with this, but I'll put this down just this once. The Left is making a fuss, egged on by the main stream press, about the FBI monitoring certain areas and groups for radiation, without warrant, and (gasp) monitoring domestic telephone conversations on calls recieved by suspected or known Al Queda operatives outside of the US.

Consider. The old Soviet arsenal is missing several nukes. A former CIA fellow has a book out, not only outlining this, but claiming that we already have sleeper nukes within our borders. He goes on to espouse when we are nuked and not if.

Even if the above were nonsense, what happened to the nukes, not that they are missing, as that is fact based upon General Lebit's inventories under President Yeltsin; With all of the crazies around the world who would love nothing better than to take out a few million of us, President Bush would have to be out of his mind NOT to authorize such survielence.

Historically, Presidents have, in time of war, authorized such things as clipping (murdering, for those of you not from Jersey) American citizen(s) (FDR, in response to a British secret service request), black bag jobs (breaking into embassies or other suspect places without warrant for intellengence purposes), and assasinations of foriegn leaders. With all of the caterwalling the left is making about thier freedoms being curtailed, one would think that everyone in the Republic was being silenced (except for said caterwallers, of course). Get a life.

So, cry me a river. If the President is guilty of anything, it is not going far enough in securing us via said spying.

Just read John Gibson's piece on Fox news
"O Canada".

In the same vein as the German government, apparently Canada has been aiding and comforting terrorist fighters, who kill Americans. Specifically, the family Khadr. The father, being Osama's financial advisor and fund raising coordinator, was killed in Afghanistan. Of the three sons, one wounded to paralysis in that same country, the other at GITMO, for murdering a medic while receiving medical treatment for wounds he had suffered during a battle with US forces. The US is demanding extradition of the third son, on terrorism charges.

So, let us consider for a moment. The Germans release a Hamas murderer of an American off duty GI. Canada, lets terrorists leave for other parts of the world to kill Americans, gives them welfare and health insurance when they come back to Canada for R+R, until they go back out again to kill more Americans.

This is the same Canada, whose PM is soooooooooooooooo incensed about comments by US officials that Canadian politicians should stop using anti-American rhetoric in the up coming campaign.

With heart felt sympathy(and I really do mean it) to Canadians, such as those who run the excellent website Proud to be Canadian, this should not be tolerated, and retribution should be handed out swiftly and publicly. Canada, by these actions has made herself a belligerent, on the side of the terrorists operating in Iraq. It goes beyond the scope of anything reasonable, as to imagine why the White House, nor State Dept, has not censured, sanctioned, and otherwise condemned the Canadian actions to date.

The belligerent countries, such as Germany, and now Canada, are not only putting our soldiers and ourselves as Americans at risk, but are now actively responsible for the death of our men and women in Iraq, Afghanistan, and elsewhere.

Mr. President. You have sent our boys and women into battle for the preservation of our Republic, and the freedoms inherent there-in. I cannot believe, that the murderer of an American serviceman, is let free by the German government, and nobody, except for a few (Schlussel, Malkin, et. al.) are reporting it. And I am abhorred that nothing has been said out of Washington about it.

Bush's internal spying is certainally getting alot of headlines, and it is also quite irrelevant. Just another non-issue by the democrats played on by the main stream press. Consider, that most people would want Bush impeached had he NOT authorized domestic warrantless spying. Consider also that during WWII, FDR had OK'd a request by the British Secret Service to assanssinate a US citizen.

But this....A couple of years ago, a leader of HAMAS was asked why he did not fear the Americans. He was honest about it. He said that all HAMAS had to do was start to call for peace with Isreal, and the US would back down. And this is what they are doing now, in Iraq, as well as in the rest of the world. The waiting game.

And wait they will, with our own press, opposition party, and so-called friendly nations giving them all of the support that they can. They will wait, and then hit us, wait, and hit us again and again. And if they are captured? Gee, the have to endure a few years of 5 star cuisine at places like GITMO, and then get released.

American soldiers are dying. American soldiers are being betrayed at home. American soldiers are being derided and targeted in places other than Iraq. And we do not have the intestinal fortitude, as a people, to demand justice be done to the murderer of one of our sons and the ongoing murders of our sons and daughters in uniform. God help us all.

Terrorist Murderer of American Secretly Released by Germany

This is horrifying. I just got this from Michelle Malkin's blog, http://www.michellemalkin.com/ .

Apparently, the German Government has released the Hezbollah terrorist who tortured and murdered Navy diver Robert Dean Stethem. The release stinks of a deal between said government and Iraqi terrorists, as a German Hostage was released by them, at about the same time.

Hopefully the White House, will scream bloody murder, for once, about this.

As far as our own policy goes, I have just one strategem to suggest. The terrorist is now out of German Custody. Mr. President.....Get the bastard.

Why Professor Johnny Can't Spell Revisited

This is my response to the actions of Warren County Community College, in the Professor John Daly affair (See prior post).

Dear Sir,

I must say, that I was quite surprised, said surprise bordering on shock, at your actions immediately following the uncovering of the Professor Daly affair.

That evening, you convened an emergency meeting, at which Professor Daly submitted (via letter, and not in person) his resignation.

Your swift action in regards to the charges against Prof. Daley, have nothing to do with politics. Indeed, your personal politics were quite irrelevant. What is all important, is that you were informed of a Professor, actively not only censoring a student, but instituting a de facto witch hunt against her. And you acted with speed and decisiveness.

You have proven, quite publicly at that, that you and your instituion will not tolerate bigotry from any quarter. You have shown publicly your dedication to excellence in academic scholarship vs demagoguery and the persecution by those with power of those without.

Implicitly in this, you, in however small your part of the world is, have defended the principles upon which the Republic is based. Had we more principled professionals as yourself, the Republic would be much closer to what the founders had intended, and honest intense debate would have mostly replaced the screaming bigoted diatribes of hatred that we are infected with today.

Another Day, Another Traitor

Here is my response to info obtained by Dr. Mike Adam's article: "Why Professor Johnny Can't Spell". In it, he tells the story of yet another Professor, (Professor John Daly) who seems to wallow happily in Treason. The article can be seen

Dear Sir,

I assume you have by now read Dr. Adam's column.

Assuming accuracy, your Professor has lambasted a student for simple freedom of speech. He has done so, by using blantant propoganda, in the style of diatribe worthy of any in North Korea, or Nazi Germany. Dr. Goebbels would have been proud, except that Goebbels understood to always use a bit of the truth, so that one can pervert it to one's needs. Your Professor does not even bother with this.

Your Professor is a traitor. You Sir, are at the very least an accomplice, as it is YOUR department, and hence you are responsible, to a certain extent, for those under you.

As President Theodore Roosevelt expounded, during the Great War. There can be no 50-50 Americans, and that the "Hun" within our gates should be dealt with (paraphrase is mine). Your Professor does not qualify, of course as a 50-50 American. He is pure traitor, and should be dealt with appropriately.

I should think, that if you have any love for the Republic at all, or for that matter yourself, that you would ask yourself, what type of American are you? Do you engage in legitimate dissent, or do you use it to hide your own hatred for the Republic? Or, perhaps like your Professor, your hatred for the United States is open, pure, and rabid.

Random Thoughts on Iraq

Funny how the same strategic and tactical arguments being made now as were made for Vietnam. The major difference of course, is that our leadership was a bit on the timid side because of the fear of starting World War III (LBJ especially). Soooooooooo

Argument: More troops would only make them targets

Counter: That is crap...IF THEY ARE PROPERLY UTILIZED. about a quarter of a million more troops. a small part of this to secure the border, engage in skirmishes, but more importantly to call in support. Any armed force then crossing the border would have massive power called upon them. The nations in the region, Syria and Iran in particular, should be put on notice that these terrorists would be persued into thier respective countries, and a swath of about a mile wide would be decimated (military targets of course), as far into the said nation, as the enemy managed to get befor being either killed or captured. I don't think incursions would be much of a problem after a couple of these forays.

Argument: Can't fire on a Mosque or Church, as it violates Geneva Convention.

Counter: If hostile fire recieved from any place normally protected by the Laws of Land Warefare, they loose thier protected status according to these same laws, and may be attacked. We should do so with massive fire power, rebuild the things and restore them using funds confiscated from Al Queda, and the like.

Wimp Factor Lower, But Still There

Apparently, the White House has finally decided to take on the Anti-War crazies. Gee, how nice. Excuse my lack of exhuberence, but this should have been done from day one. Pardon my disagreement with Rush, but as far as unqualified support goes, that has long been lost. When the President, "hits the line hard" continually for Iraq, border security, and his domestic agenda, such as ANWAR drilling, the said support will be mostly unqualified. He has let is staff turn him into a wimp, for the last 3 years, and he will have to work his way out of the muddle, that he now finds himself in. Only by continually hitting the line hard, and exposing his opponents for what they are, can he achieve this.
